New Navigation Menu Launching in July Learn more.
We now have a new navigation method! This allows you to easily navigate within the application. We have enhanced the menu structure to streamline the customer experience as we continue to add new features. Our team recommends migrating to this new method for ease of use, and the classic navigation will be removed in the near future.
To turn on the new navigation, go to:
Settings > Try the New Nav!
One of the immediate benefits (among others) is that the activity logs (call, texts, forms, chats, faxes, agency log) are now automatically broken down individually.
In addition, you will find a new section titled Flows. This is where you will find all features related to an Activity flow. Such as call routing, automation, forms, and chats.
