In those plans, the monthly subscription fee is discounted and paid up front for a 12 month period. The terms for those plans automatically renew for successive 365 day periods. Customers on these annual plans can cancel by notifying our support team at least 30 days in advance of the renewal date. Customers can cancel these plans at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the annual term.
